This fiber material is used to feed pipes or electrical cables through walls and ceilings with/without fire resistance requirements. Rexalit is available in 10 and 20 cm wide strips. Any remaining gaps or ring openings are filled with mortar. REX recommends the product “M 30-OPTI” for this purpose. A pumpable fire protection mortar M 10 according to DIN EN 998-2.

This tape is made entirely of aluminium, with an extremely age-resistant and durable pure acrylic adhesive.
