We perform our own laboratory tests on friction, temperature, wear and strength behaviour. The results obtained can be used as guide values for an initial customer-specific design, taking into account common safety values.
Yes, REX develops the detailed process flow necessary for series production, up to assembly if required. We manufacture in a wide range of quantities – from 100 to 250,000 parts per year.
Yes, our products can be customised and marked with a wide variety of identifications (e.g. customised logo, text, QR code, data matrix or barcode).
Yes, the complete production of friction and sliding materials, from the friction material to the customised finished part, takes place in Germany at our site in Vellberg.
Yes, all REX friction meet current compliance requirements under REACH, RoHS and Conflict Minerals regulations and are regularly tested to ensure all parts and the manufacturing process are free of harmful emissions.
