REX composite rotors offer the advantages of monoblock brake rotors without neglecting the strength and safety aspects of metal-carrier brake rotors. The reinforcing elements used in our composite rotors range from spinning protection to increasing toothing strength in the plastic to sole power transmission in the system.
The reinforcing elements are incorporated directly into the components during the manufacturing process, resulting in a reliable, form-fit connection of the materials which, if necessary, can be further strengthened by the introduction of adhesives.
